At Learnetics Music, technology is part of the creative toolkit, but human imagination remains at the center of every project. We combine songwriting, storytelling, musical direction, visual development, editing, and production judgment with carefully selected creative technologies.
Human-Directed Creativity
Our virtual artists and recordings are developed through an intentional, human-directed process. Each project begins with a creative concept and is shaped through writing, selection, revision, arrangement, editing, visual direction, and release planning. AI tools may assist parts of this process, but they do not replace human authorship, taste, judgment, or responsibility.
Copyright and Ownership
We work to maintain accurate records for our songs, recordings, artwork, videos, licenses, and releases. We use creative tools under terms that permit the intended use of the resulting material and seek to respect the copyrights and other rights of creators.
Voice, Image, and Likeness
We do not use AI to impersonate real performers or intentionally copy an identifiable artist's voice, identity, image, or likeness without authorization. Our virtual artists are developed as original creative identities with their own musical and visual direction.
Authentic Audience Development
Learnetics Music does not knowingly purchase artificial streams, use bots, or participate in deceptive streaming manipulation. We build audiences through music videos, social media, artist storytelling, direct outreach, and genuine listener engagement.
Transparency
We support reasonable transparency regarding the role of technology in music. Because every production may use a different combination of human and technological contributions, disclosures may vary by project and release.
